(a) Service Delivery:

The provision of Services shall be deemed complete once the assigned Service Professional has delivered the agreed Services to the User in accordance with the booking made on the Platform.

(b) Delivery Timelines:

While the Company endeavours to ensure timely delivery of Services, all timelines communicated are estimates only. The Company shall not be held liable for any delay caused due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to traffic, weather conditions, or the unavailability of the Service Professional.

(c) Shipping of Goods (if applicable):

Where the Services involve the delivery of physical products or materials, the Company shall arrange for shipping through its logistics partners. Delivery timelines and associated charges shall be as communicated to the User at the time of booking. Risk of loss and title for such products shall pass to the User upon delivery.
