Bookings that are cancelled by the User prior to confirmation on the Platform shall not attract any charges.
Once a booking is confirmed, any cancellation will be subject to the cancellation fees prescribed under the
Kabhibhikahibhi Cancellation Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
(b) Substitution:
In the event of unavailability or cancellation by a selected Service Professional, the Company shall provide
the User with a substitute Service Professional from among its registered professionals, subject to availability.
