Return and Refunds

2. Returns & Refunds:

All fees, charges, and payments made by the User for the Services are final and non-refundable, except:

(i)

Where otherwise determined by the Company in its sole discretion;

(ii)

Where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable laws.

The User acknowledges that under certain consumer protection laws, they may be entitled to a refund or alternative remedies in the event of a failure in the provision of Services.
